Pristine Double King 3BR suite | A+ Location| ADA|

We are traveling with three children, this apartment was perfect for us. The beds were super comfy, with lots of pillows and great comforters. Very clean, and looked to be newly renovated apartment. Both bathrooms were great. We loved the neighborhood and found several restaurants and coffee shops close by to walk to. We would love to stay again next time we are traveling into town.

We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Jake was extremely responsive helping with parking ahead of time. The place was spotless and it seemed Jake had thought of everything to make the stay extra comfortable, including coffee, tea, multiple appliances, fresh linens, etc. The stay was amazing!

Jake’s place was such a perfect place in a really cool neighborhood. We felt safe with 3 women and a child and each had our own beautiful and clean rooms with 2 clean bathrooms. We had everything we needed and were walking distance to some really neat restaurants. Jake was super responsive and helped ensure our stay was a great experience. Would 10/10 come back and stay here!

Had a great time staying here! Upon entering the space was huge! The photos does not do enough justice. Very clean space. Also the communication with the host was great! Responded right away with any questions or concerns I had. Will be keeping this in mind when staying in pittsburgh.

Great location in Shadyside - definitely walkable to the popular Walnut Street stores and shops, but this area has a lot to do and see in the immediate area. Host was friendly and responsive to my questions. Apartment was dog friendly and easy to get in/out with 2 locations. Street parking was much better than I anticipated

The apartment was located in a central location and was easily accessible. The assigned parking space was a plus! The home was very clean and spacious. The only issue we had were broken blinds (which Jake was very quick to address). Otherwise the home was lovely and I would definitely stay again if needed when in Pittsburgh.

Jake’s place was a great stay in Pittsburgh. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was available, and the place felt well thought out and easy to settle into. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around the city while still being a quiet and relaxing spot to come back to. Communication with Jake was smooth and prompt, which made the whole stay seamless from check-in to check-out. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend Jake’s place to anyone visiting Pittsburgh.

This is what we needed for a peaceful but yet adventurous get a way! Great coffee along with dinner options that were walkable! The bed…….we slept soooooo good! Throw yourself together and hit the coffee shop (cannot remember name…..but so close) We did not cook in most air bnb we stay at due to the variety around us! We felt safe, at home, and everyone we encountered was very helpful with tips! Give this place a try! (Also if you are thrifty…..there is a nice goodwill steps away!!!)

Jake’s place was spotless, modern and settled in the cutest little town. The beds were probably the most comfortable we’ve experienced at an Airbnb. I highly recommend Jake’s place if you are in the area. The town is very walkable and there’s some great restaurants just steps away. If we ever find ourselves back in the area we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Shadyside is an awesome Pittsburgh neighborhood and Jake’s place was a beautiful, well appointed, perfectly located place for our stay. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 king, 2 queen plus a rollaway, and 2 full baths. Everything is well thought out and well stocked but efficient and streamlined with no clutter. Jake provided excellent instructions as well as real time updates and quick responses to any questions we had. The parking space in the back was perfect for loading and unloading our tailgating gear, and our other guests registered their cars and had no trouble with street parking right out front. This is a great space and we will definitely stay here again!

The set up with the 3 bedrooms (2 have king beds) all on one floor is great when traveling with individuals that are unable to climb stairs. Having the dedicated parking space for this unit made it even more convenient. There are restaurants that you can walk to as well as grocery stores. The host is also very responsive if you have any issues.

Jake is a fantastic host! He’s always welcoming, approachable, and makes guests feel right at home. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really set him apart.

The apartment is nice. This particular apartment is on the first floor and there were other tenants above us that were extremely loud, especially at night. Overall good value and would stay again but only on the top floor. Anything else is too noisy.

Great stay! Jake was a very responsive host. Place was very clean. Close proximity to many restaurants.

Jakes place is always welcoming to my family. My boys have disabilities and one uses a walker/wheelchair. He is able to move around with very little complications. There's handicap accessible parking in the front and the back of the building. A standard shower chair fits nicely in the shower. This is our top choice every time we are in the area.

We needed an accessible place to stay with enough space for our family of four. My son has disabilities. We were able to park our car right in front of the back door which was then four steps away to the apartment. It was smooth and flat. The apartment was super clean and everything we needed for our stay in Pittsburgh. I even love that they had laundry baskets in the rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms as well. There’s a great ice cream place called Millie’s right around the corner that my kids loved. And we had a few good meals at Mad Mex. I do want to note that this is not a traditional full first floor apartment. It’s half sub level so the windows are right at the ground level. But it didn’t feel or smell like a basement. Overall, we’re so glad we stayed here—it met all of our needs. Jake was so responsive and helpful!

We could not have been happier with Jake’s place! It was immaculate, the A.C. was running when we arrived and it was so cool and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding was very high quality. It’s been beautifully redone and has a lovely patio that we enjoyed using. I will definitely come back on my next visit to Pittsburgh. It’s even better than advertised! Jake responded very quickly to the few questions I had. Perfection!

My family and I were visiting for a few days and we had a wonderful stay. We needed to be close to Carnegie Mellon so the location was convenient and we enjoyed being in easy walking distance to many restaurants. The communication was excellent and we received answers to all questions quickly and with helpful detail. The apartment was immaculate. The living room was a bit smaller than we pictured, but it was suitable. Our family was 3 adults and 3 children. The beds were quite comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient. We appreciated the hospitality of our host.

I’m extremely impressed with our first stay at an AirB & B. We went through extreme home damage from a storm & staying there was a huge peace of mind for all of us. Jake is more then happy to help with anything. The property is beautiful with wonderful accommodations. We definitely would stay again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Jake's place was just as described. the apartment was clean, easily accessible and centrally located. It was perfect for our short stay. The price when compared to hotels for our family of 4 adults, was well worth it. Jake was extremely responsive to all questions before and during our stay. It was great to stay at Jake's apartment in Shady Side. There are a ton of restaurants within walking distance and it was easy to find parking. Apartment was clean and was exactly as described. Would highly recommend!

Apartments are exactly as pictured - well maintained. Jake is very responsive, a great host, and takes great pride in his listings. My crew of 6 stayed in 2 separate apartments for several, several weeks. My only regret was not booking longer as our job was extended! This would be the 1st place I searched for again for a long stay.
